Project and Program Management

Our consultants are Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Information Technology (IT) project managers. They bring extensive experience in the project management of ERP and IT projects. Our teams are product and PMI certified. We utilize the PMI’s Project Management methodology as defined by the PMBOK, but we are always pragmatic and adapt our techniques if necessary to ensure a successful project.

Project managers are not just planners. They require the ability to listen, facilitate meetings to review the project from a strategic level and propel the relevant information upwards. Our consultants combine business and IT understanding to deliver a complete project management offering.

Managers of large scale Programs need to stay focused on the obtainment of benefits, requiring robust Program Management capabilities. The Program Management Office (PMO) serves as the nerve centre of the Program Management process. A PMO ‘War Room’ is created. The 3 major Program Management functions are each given a dedicated wall upon which program information is attached. These functions are Communications, Information control and Risk & Issue Tracking. The communications wall gives users access to Program-wide event and contact information. The information repository provides a central location for the storage and sharing of Program-critical documentation. The risks & issues wall supports the proactive management of risks and issues.
