Project Management

This is one area where Experience Counts…

Our consultants are Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Information Technology (IT) project managers. They bring extensive experience in the project management of ERP and IT projects. Our teams are product and PMI certified. We utilize the PMI’s Project Management methodology as defined by the PMBOK, but we are always pragmatic and adapt our techniques if necessary to ensure a successful project.

Programme Mgmt/PMO

Managers of large scale Programmes need to stay focused on the obtainment of benefits, requiring robust Programme Management capabilities. The Programme Management Office (PMO) serves as the nerve centre of the Programme Management process. A PMO ‘War Room’ is created. The 3 major Programme Management functions are each given a dedicated wall upon which programme information is attached.
