The PeopleSoft Applications DBA is a specialist position that focuses on implementations, upgrades and providing technical advice and support. This is a customer facing role that requires a high level of skill and the ability to provide thought-leadership, project planning and advice on Oracle PeopleSoft Applications, Operating systems and hardware.
There are also opportunities to develop your skills across the wider Oracle middleware range, therefore any existing experience in this area will be of advantage.
You will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor Degree or relevant business” hands on “experience
- Have led a number of implementations and upgrades
- 5 yrs experience as a PeopleSoft administrator / DBA
- Experience as an Oracle administrator / DBA would be advantageous
- Professional Acumen
- Good planning and organizing skill
- Clear communication skills
