Asparona has been partnering with Oracle since 1999 and has attained the highest level of accreditation within Oracle’s Partner Network as an Oracle Gold Level Partner. A pre-requisite is that Asparona maintains a certified skills base, sufficient to sell, implement and support Oracle’s products.

In 2003, Oracle outsourced all Oracle University Training to Asparona in New Zealand - an indication of Asparona’s strength in Oracle Applications and Technology. We are exclusive providers of Oracle University Education in New Zealand for Oracle’s OEM products and are an Oracle Approved Education Center.
We have purpose built training facilities in Auckland and Wellington and class sizes are restricted to ensure maximum instructor-student interaction. Asparona Education services are focused on ensuring your training requirements are met and can be customized to meet the needs of your company.
Asparona will ensure that Oracle as a key stakeholder are integrated appropriately into the Governance model at both an Executive and Operational level to ensure our Customer and its initiatives are at the forefront of Oracle Management’s priorities at all times.

Asparona have learnt the benefits of engaging early and resolving issues by working proactively with Oracle Support and Customer Care. Asparona have access to the highest levels of escalation within Oracle. Indeed we find it can be an advantage to be objective in managing escalation.
