Don Sykes, CEO
Don’s passion is being part of a successful company which helps clients translate their technology investments into tangible business and people benefits. He began his career as a Chartered Account with Ernst and Young. Don held senior management and CEO roles with Hewlett Packard, Tech Pacific and Sun Microsystems, working across South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. He formed Asparona in 1996 with Ian Rogers.

Ian Rogers, Consulting Director
Ian’s focus is the successful delivery of consulting and services projects to Asparona’s customers across New Zealand and Australia. He has considerable ERP and IT project management expertise gained during his time as an application consultant, project manager and consulting manager. Prior to founding Asparona, Ian held consulting and project management roles with Oracle and Price Waterhouse.

Lenore Roberts, Professional Services Director
Working across the company teams, Lenore ensures consistency and delivery of business benefit to our customers. She is also responsible for the resource management for Asparona, ensuring the correct skills are matched to the client’s solution requirements. Her career as an IT manager, strategic consultant, project manager and consulting manager has provided her with a deep understanding of ERP, CRM, HCM, Portal, Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing and SOA solutions. Prior to joining Asparona, Lenore held roles with Oracle, AT&T and NCR.

Callum Ross, Sales Director
Callum leads our New Zealand sales team to sell solutions in the Oracle and Managed Services arena. He worked with Oracle for over 20 years in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Asparona, Callum was the Sales Director for Oracle New Zealand with a focus on their ERP/CRM business.

Anna Scorciapino, NSW Consulting Manager
Anna is responsible for our Australian practice, ensuring the consulting, content and document management solutions are delivered to clients. With her strong background in content management, she leads the content solution for Australia and New Zealand customers.
Prior to joining Asparona, Anna worked for Allianz Australia and NCS Australia as a Project Manager. Anna has also held Channels Management roles for FileNet (now part of IBM) and Solution 6.

Andy Winborn, Managed Services Manager
With over 17 years IT experience with a wide range of skills including multiple-platforms, AS/400/System36, NT and Unix, the Managed Services (Support) portfolio is driven by Andy. His team’s services include Oracle Database Administration, Hosted and Infrastructure solutions for customers across New Zealand and Australia.
Andy’s previous roles saw him managed multiple projects including hardware, software and infrastructure throughout Europe and the U.S.A with his support teams providing high systems availability to some of the top names in world finance.

Selwyn Brunsdon, Northern Region Practice Manager
Selwyn ensures our clients are satisfied with the account management and project delivery in the Northern Region. He has a broad range of experience across the IT spectrum includes consulting, project management, software development and as an analyst. With over 10 years at a senior management level, he has managed projects which included the Oracle technology and applications stack, MS Dynamics and worked in South Africa, UK and New Zealand.
Prior to joining Asparona, Selwyn worked for Deloitte, Oracle and his industry experience included telecommunications, IT, tax and postal services.

Martin Paget, Southern Region Practice Manager
Martin manages the Southern North Island and the South Island of New Zealand to ensure effective project and account management delivery. His 15 years IT experience has been gained in the government and finance sectors, providing him with extensive experience in business analysis and project management roles.
Martin’s career was developed in project management on large projects that included finance process redesign, FMIS system integrations / migrations and FMIS implementations, ensuring the client’s business objectives and benefits were delivered.

Zivana Anderson, Marketing Manager
Zivana is responsible for the full spectrum of marketing and brand management for Asparona. As part of this role, she looks after the internal brand development and culture engagement with our staff.
Her previous experience includes working across a range of industries, where she had over 9 years across the supply chain sector. She has been engaged in a number of start-up / regeneration of marketing departments in medium and large organizations.
