Don is Asparona's Managing Director. His early background was as a Chartered Account with Ernst and Young before a corporate IT career in South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. This included senior management and CEO roles with Hewlett Packard, Tech Pacific and Sun Microsystems.

Ian Rogers
Ian is Asparona’s Consulting Director. Ian’s focus is the successful delivery of consulting and services projects to Asparona’s customers across New Zealand and Australia. Ian has considerable ERP and IT project management expertise gained during his time as an application consultant, project manager and consulting manager.

Lenore Roberts
Lenore is Asparona’s Professional Services Manager for New Zealand. Lenore’s focus is assisting Asparona’s customers derive business benefit through the use of effective business systems. Lenore has worked with customers through all stages of the project lifecycle from strategy, implementation & support. Lenore has considerable experience across a breadth of solution sets including ERP, CRM, HCM, Portal, Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing and SOA, coupled with her project management and IT management expertise gained during her time as an IT manager, strategic consultant, project manager and consulting manager.
Prior to returning to New Zealand & joining Asparona, Lenore held consulting and project management roles with Oracle and project management & IT management roles with AT&T and NCR. Wendy Anderson
Wendy is Asparona's NSW Consulting Manager. Wendy's focus is the successful delivery of consulting services to Asparona's customers across Australia. Wendy also manages the UCM practice for Asparona across Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to joining Asparona, Wendy worked for Red Rock Consulting and Onyx Software as a Senior Client Director. Wendy has also held various sales roles for Oracle in Australia and in the US.

Andy Winborn
Andy runs Asparona’s Managed Services including Database Administration, support and fully hosted oracle applications. The managed service team covers New Zealand and Australia.
Andy has over 17 years IT experience. Since 1991 his roles have covered a wide range of skills including multiple-platforms – AS/400/System36, NT and Unix. Due to the nature of the roles he has managed multiple projects including hardware, software and infrastructure throughout Europe and the U.S.A. He has also managed support teams providing high systems availability to some of the top names in world finance.

Darren Wenham
Darren has been at
the leading edge of technology within the IT industry for over 20 years, during
which time he has held senior positions within large multi-national
corporations through to self-employed contracting roles. These roles
range from Lead Architect/Engineer, Developer/DBA, Pre-sales, Project Manager,
Technical Trainer through to Management, all of which have resulted in a mature
confidence and understanding of our industry.
He enjoys gaining an understanding of new technology, identifying its appropriateness to a company, producing an adoption strategy whilst retaining a feel for technological direction to ensure any strategy is as future proofed as possible. Equally enjoyable is the time spent working with the customer, planning and developing requirements, re-engineering business processes and successfully delivering products/services of expected functionality, exceptional quality and ease of use.
Projects have ranged in size from individual developments of a few weeks with small budget though to large developments spanning 18+ months with budgets into the millions. Darren especially enjoyed his roles as Technical and directional leader, notably his time at the “Ministry of Economic Development” (MED) where he thrived on the challenge, opportunity and responsibility entrusted to him.

Martin Paget
Martin Paget is Asparona’s Southern Regional Manager and is responsible for account management and project delivery for the Southern North Island and the South Island of New Zealand.
Martin has 15 years of IT experience in a mixture of Government and Finance sectors which has provided him with extensive experience through business analysis and project management roles.
Prior to Asparona Martin has project managed a variety of large projects including finance process redesign, FMIS system integrations / migrations and FMIS implementations working closely with clients to design appropriate solutions and ensure business objectives and benefits are delivered.

Mark Rosser
Mark has been managing the Oracle University Education operation for Asparona on behalf of Oracle since 2005. Mark trained for Secondary teaching before embarking on a Sales career specialising in a selection of service industries in various parts of the supply chain. After 5-years working with Oracle University Mark is the expert for Oracle & PeopleSoft course content and availability.
Immediately prior to returning to the Education scene Mark enjoyed music freelancing in composition, conducting and opera singing.

Michael McKenzie
Michael’s background is in Chartered Accounting and corporate finance before moving to IT Services. Michael’s primary interest is enterprise solutions for finance and supply chain and has worked on projects in a wide variety of industries. During his 20 years in IT Michael has held roles including application consultant, solution architect, project and program manager, account manager and CEO for companies in New Zealand, USA, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Stu Keast
Stu is a Senior Business Applications Consultant and specialises in the Oracle E-Business Suite Enterprise Projects Suite. He also has responsibilities as a member of the Asparona Executive, Managed Services and Oracle University Business Units.
