We are looking to add a number of PeopleSoft Global Payroll/HR Functional Consultants to our growing team in New Zealand or Australia. These will be a combination of permanent and 6 to 9 month contracting roles depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience. The company offers the opportunity to travel throughout Australasia.
To be successful in these roles you should:
- Have had exposure to the functionalities of the complete suite of PeopleSoft modules within Global Payroll and HR and should be able to understand the dependencies within the suite.
- Have the ability to architect a PeopleSoft Solution for a Client is an added advantage especially payroll rules setup.
- Have preferably had prior experience in addressing RFP’s and exposure to pre-sales activities.
- Have played the role of a significant team member (client-facing) or Team lead in a minimum of 1-2 full-life-cycle implementations of PeopleSoft solutions
- Have 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role working on the PeopleSoft Global Payroll and HR modules.
- Have a sound understanding of PeopleSoft Enterprise applications. Experience of Global Payroll rules is an advantage
- Have superior written and oral communication skills
- Be willing to travel based on business need
- Possess good planning, time management, decision-making, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.Job
Job Responsibilities
- Understand the Client Requirements and prepare / review the functional documentation
- Configuration of the PeopleSoft Modules
- Understand the customization requirements and prepare / review the Functional Documentation for the components to be built
- Create / Review the test scenarios and test plans and performs the functional testing for the components built
- Participate in project meetings and status meetings with Onsite consultants and / or Clients
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of functional and technical consultants
