We are seeking to employ a Project Manager with industry experience in payroll who will be responsible for the scoping, management and deployment of resources across key customer projects to optimize resources and achieve successful project outcomes.

 

Your role entails:

·         Project management and governance

·         Achieve defined objectives of scope, cost, schedule and quality outcomes

·         Define strategy and requirements to achieve a successful rollout

·         Prioritize tasks and coordinate resources

·         Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

·         Manage project planning, scheduling, budget, risks and status reporting

·         Business requirements gathering and documentation and client process mapping

·         Coordinate the development and testing team in the customization of off-the-shelf software

·         Stakeholder management, including relationships at C-level

·         Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction

Experience Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to have extensive experience as a project manager or industry consultant in a business transformation within the HR or Payroll industry.  You will need to have:

·         A management consulting background

·         Experience using AGILE in an iterative software development environment

·         PRINCE2 or PMI certification

·         Have preferably worked for a software developer

·         Confidence in the governance and delivery of a software solution

·         A high degree of self management, organization and discipline

·         Decision making and problem solving skills

·         The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people

·         Excellent verbal and written English skills

·         Proven experience with successfully managing multi-million dollar projects

·         Oracle experience would be preferable and E-Business or PeopleSoft advantageous

·         able to work under pressure
