We can also provide 24 x 7 support to worldwide customers directly, as well as in conjunction with business partners. A 0800 customer hotline (0800 Asparona) provides the central point of contact.

Our service desk team immediately logs and assigns support requests to an onsite consultant. All of our managed service customers have access to our web-based incident management system so they can log, track and review the status of any incidents, enquiries or projects, at any time. Alternatively customers can call or email us and we will log the issue for them.


Asparona Managed Services work within an ITIL framework. This is an internationally recognised benchmark, ensuring a consistent and reliable approach to the delivery of support services, and includes reporting metrics for measuring performance.
