With our Education services combined with The Art of Service, Asparona can meet a multitude of your IT educational requirements spanning Oracle technologies and business applications, along with your IT Service Management education, certification and consultancy needs. Our IT Service Management offerings are founded in The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) which is a set of concepts and policies for managing information technology (IT) infrastructure.

Better still as an IT Services provider we practice what we preach. Several years back, Asparona recognised the relevance and advantages as an IT services provider in adopting ITIL best practice, and so embarked on a Quality initiative towards ITIL compliance.  Asparona have (and continue to) ensured key Senior Management/Consultants are ITIL Foundation certified and conducted ITIL familiarisation training amongst core service personnel. Under the ITIL Consultants leadership, along with our own staff, we have re-engineered and documented our primary service processes in accordance with ITIL practices. We continue to review and enhance our processes, and conduct regular independent audits for compliance and continuous improvement. Audit findings are reviewed with Executive Management as to progress and closure of any resulting action plans.

Consequently we have been engaged by clients to provide leadership particularly in multi-vendor support environments to establish ITIL compliant end-to-end processes spanning multiple vendors, particularly in regards Incident, Environment, Configuration and Change Management processes.
